About this notice
This notice covers the Keystonne Store iPhone and iPad app, including the store pages opened inside it. You can browse the catalogue and save products without signing in. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
Browsing and saved products
The app sends catalogue searches, department selections and product requests to store.keystonne.in to return current products, prices and images. Our hosting and content providers receive the network information needed to deliver those requests, including IP addresses, requested URLs and technical request details. These services may retain operational and security logs.
Saved product identifiers are stored in the app’s local preferences on your device. The app does not upload a favourites list to your account. You can remove favourites in the app; deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to any device backups you control.
Account, order and payment information
When you choose to sign in, configure products or place an order through the embedded store, information you submit can include your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, business or GST details, selected products and order history. This information is used to provide account access, prepare orders and invoices, fulfil purchases and respond to your requests.
The store uses a commerce platform to process orders and manage customer accounts. Payment information entered at checkout is handled by the checkout and payment providers presented there. The native app does not read or store your payment-card fields. Order details may be shared with fulfilment, delivery and payment providers as needed for the service you request.
Cookies and website storage
Store pages opened in the app use website storage and cookies for sessions, account sign-in, cart and order-list functionality. The app uses a persistent web session so these features can continue between visits. Signing out ends the store account session; it does not delete your customer or order records. Third-party pages opened during sign-in or checkout also have their own privacy notices.
Beta testing and feedback
When you use the TestFlight beta, Apple collects beta usage and crash information and makes testing information available to the developer. Feedback you send may include your name or email, device and app details, comments and screenshots. We use this information to investigate problems and improve the app. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information in screenshots or feedback.
Access, sharing and security
App requests use HTTPS. Hosting, commerce, Apple TestFlight and other service providers involved in a feature process information for that feature, and may operate in countries other than yours. Authorised team members can access information needed to operate the store, support customers and investigate beta feedback. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
The native app contains no advertising SDK or cross-app tracking code and does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. This statement concerns the native app; the notices shown by websites and third-party services also apply when you use those services.
Retention and your choices
Local favourites remain until you remove them or delete the app. Account, order, support and service-provider records have different retention needs; removing the app does not remove those records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
You can stop beta testing through TestFlight. Apple provides separate controls for information held by Apple. Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated date.
