About this Store notice Kerning Design LLP operates Keystonne Store. This notice explains the account, catalogue and enquiry features on store.keystonne.in. It supplements the Store privacy policy published through Shopify, linked below, which describes commerce and checkout processing. Last updated: 6 November 2026. Information you provide When you request a quote or contact us, we process your name, email, equipment requirements and messages, together with any company, phone or project details you choose to provide. We use these details to handle the request, prepare quotations and provide private tracking and replies. We also retain the privacy notice version and language acknowledged with your request. Account and purchase features process the identity, contact, billing, delivery and order details needed for the feature you choose. Optional business details can include your legal name, GSTIN and purchase-order reference. Payment-card fields are handled by the checkout and payment providers shown at checkout; do not include card details or passwords in an enquiry. Cookies and saved selections The Store uses cookies for sign-in, cart continuity and verified private enquiry access. The HTTP-only cart cookie identifies a cart held by Shopify; business details you add to that cart are held with the cart rather than written into the cookie as plain text. Your browser also stores saved product selections, product comparisons, your delivery pincode and information used to keep the cart view in sync. You can remove selections using Store controls or clear website data through your browser. Clearing browser data or signing out does not delete account, order or support records held by the services. Services involved in your request Keystonne Account provides sign-in, Shopify provides commerce and checkout services, and our hosting, database and email providers support the Store and its enquiry workspace. Shipping services receive the destination and shipment information needed to estimate or arrange delivery. Authorised staff and the suppliers or delivery partners involved in an order receive information needed to handle it. Hosting and service providers receive network and technical information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver, secure and operate these features. Their services may process information outside your country. The Store policy published through Shopify and the relevant providers' notices explain their processing in more detail. Enquiry replies and optional follow-up Email is the main channel for an enquiry and its private tracking. If you choose optional WhatsApp follow-up, the phone number and preference you provide are recorded for that request. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Keep private tracking links and verification codes to yourself. Privacy questions and requests Email store.support@keystonne.in to ask about information associated with your account or enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the relevant account or request without sending passwords or full payment details. We may need to verify your identity before giving access to private records. Account, order, enquiry and provider records have different retention needs. Removing local browser data does not remove these records. Some information may need to be retained for transaction, tax, security, dispute-resolution or other legal purposes. The published Store privacy policy explains further rights and choices. The iPhone and iPad app also has its own privacy notice, linked below. Optional store analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures public page views, product views, confirmed additions to an order and submitted quote requests. Google processes this usage data and sets first-party analytics cookies. We exclude query strings, account pages, enquiry tracking, form contents and contact or invoice details from these events. Advertising features and Google Signals are off.
Analytics stays off until you accept. Use “Manage analytics” in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future analytics events and removes the store’s analytics cookies. Your browser stores the choice so it can be respected on later visits. How Google uses data from partner sites explains its processing.
