Which cabinet suits the job?
Consider an undercounter for storage at a working station, a reach-in for upright storage, a make-line for ingredient assembly, or a display counter for customer-facing presentation. Check internal dimensions and the intended product requirements alongside the external footprint.

Compare the exact models’ cooling arrangements, ambient ratings, loading instructions and ventilation clearances. Tell us how frequently doors will open and how stock will be replenished; a cooling label alone does not establish suitability for that workload.

Confirm the ingredient-pan layout, pan depth, included lids and accessories, working-surface dimensions and base storage. Check the well and base requirements separately and request a dimensioned drawing for the selected configuration.

No. An ambient counter provides no active refrigeration. Choose refrigerated or ambient display according to the products’ storage instructions and intended display conditions, then confirm shelf layout and access on the model you order.
